Hiya there

Well, this will be our last round robin from round the world for sometime (unless we win the lottery) as we're due to fly back to the Uk tomorrow (although we won't arrive in Heathrow until Friday afternoon)!

We're currently resting out our last couple of nights in a somewhat small and poky Travelodge (although the upside is we're right opposite the ocean) facing Santa Monica beach in Southern California!

Over the past 3 weeks we've travelled over 2500 miles across California, Nevada and Arizona. Paul's driven - I get too stressed out over the 5 lane freeways. We've stayed in 11 different places and visited Disneyland, Las Vegas, Grand canyon, National Parks of Yosemite and Sequoia and Universal Studios, Hollywood!

It's been a brilliant end to the 6 months. Of course, we're absolutely broke, but happy!After 6 months of living out of 1 bag we've acquired double that in the US with bargain t-shirts, jeans, coats, shoes which just had to be purchased!

Must admit,looking forward to a decent cuppa (coffee is the staple diet in US and Starbucks tea is the worst I've ever tasted). Well, running out of time on the internet, so I'll say a quick goodbye - but looking forward to seeing you all soon.
